Karen Hall has sorted a number of (inevitable) teething troubles out very promptly (shower fixed by the excellent in-house maintenance team within a day of reporting the problem!) Throughout the process of securing the property the team were kind and reassuring. They really do appear to act as 'honest brokers' between tenant and landlord.
