Although I am happy about the sale of my property this office regularly didn't return calls when they said they would and I quite often had to chase for information which was quite frustrating, other than that an all round good service. Samantha was amazing though, not only did she do her job she got to know me on a personal level which as we all know is an important selling tool as it makes you feel important as a customer and not just another sale for commission. Karen was also very professional and strive to reach an outcome for me.

Their emails often state for a quick response when in receipt of money. Yet on the flip side, a simple refund takes over 5 weeks. I'd probably be still waiting if I had not chased for an update....Very disappointing level of customer service.

Very unprofessional, didn't follow government guidelines for covid safe. No sanitizer nor did the agent wear a mask. Even though other families waiting outside to view property. We were honest with the agent about our situation and followed all the rules needed to rent a property we even had a guarantor. With the response from the agent was you lied this was unprofessional and rude.
