Awful services and the bad attitudes! I called the letting manager Chloe and inquired the letting my house, she not only gave me the wrong advice, but insulted and offended me when I refused to take her wrong advice. She stopped me off the phone call, talked to me very rudely and cut off the call. I was absolutely shocked. When I made the complaint to the branch manager Dan, he tried so hard to cover her up. Firstly he said she cut off the call, because she is a human, human makes mistakes, so he thinks it is ok. Secondly he completely denied that she has given the wrong advice, even though it was so clear she got everything wrong. He tried to twist the meanings of the words to cover up, when I insisted that he should explain more about those weird meaning he has got, he couldn't and changed his mind to say that he was not there. Oh my God, how many wrongful conducts this office would do? how many excuses they want to find to cover up? .....Stay away from them! Run away from them!

Very disappointed with the level of service from the sales side of Your Move. We were very unhappy from early on. From the poor level of viewings to the agent not wanting to come out with the potential buys. We gave notice to leave the contract as soon as possible but they found us a buyer right at the end. The sale has just fallen through due to the mortgage lender reducing their offer because one of the buyers is on flexable furlow. We have appointed another agent who we were really impressed by, would not use or recommend Your move now or in the future

I wanted to buy a property through YourMove, at first they were very nice and professional. I made a reasonable offer on a property and had to increase it a few times before it was finally accepted. Once it was accepted, a couple of days later I received a phone call to say that someone came back with a "substantially higher" bid and that I had few hours to think about what to do. They also force you to come in and speak to their instore financial specialist to try and hard sell mortgage offers to you (and not telling you all the added fees upfront) - thankfully I already had a broker lined up. I really liked the property so I wanted to proceed and asked how much was needed to secure the property. Obviously the Agent said it was confidential and that even though my previous offer was accepted, she could not disclose the amount and I had to come back with a higher bid. A scare tactic to earn themselves more money. I decided not to proceed. I found another property with a fantastic agent and managed to complete/collect my keys shortly after. I have walked passed the property on multiple occasions and whilst it is listed as sold, it has been that way for months - too bad :-) Dishonest greedy Agents.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

Very unprofessional service. Asked a series of questions and either answered by ‘I don’t know’ or ‘I’ll find out’ and never replied. When I complained I was given attitude and rudeness. A very unhappy customer.

'Your Move' is quite literally your move. Was very quick at getting us in the property. letting us know how they can assist & tools they have available. Once we moved in, these tools no longer existed promised they'd contact us never did. had us chasing for a month before they decided we're no longer off use to them.

Please look elsewhere if you want to buy property. They are not honest to the buyers. They can keep you in suspense until their preferred secret buyer comes with bogus offer even if you are the highest bidder. They will not confirm your offer in writing until their suitors have the way. This branch will waste your time if you want to buy property.

I wish I had done some research before choosing this agency to sell my flat. It has been 6 months since the offer and still haven’t exchanged. All intereaction has been painfully slow and the agent is not even replying to my messages or calls now. Stay away from them! Look elsewhere.
