bungalow sale - very helpful agents

Sale of bungalow which was Parent's property after they were unable to stay in their own home. Agents were extremely helpful with the additional help we required living 100's of miles away. Price achieved was reasonable and agents kept us updated of progress throughout the process. Very happy with the service provided

Excellent from start to finish

We recently sold and bought through Bond Oxborough Phillips and found all of the team to be both friendly and professional from valuation to completion. Our property achieved the full asking price much sooner than we had expected and we feel this is largely due to our choice of estate agent. Our sales coordinator, Philippa, was easily contactable and ensured everything ran smoothly with both our sale and purchase. We would highly recommend Bond Oxborough Phillips to anyone considering selling their property and would certainly use them again in the future.

An outstanding service in the sale of a 2 bedroomed, terraced property.

From the initial registration and advisory interview and viewing with the Partner Neil Phillips, the service was excellent at each stage. All the viewings were done by the agent; the staff who conducted the viewings were smart, attentive and polite. I was given at least 24 hours notice before every viewing. They used honest, thoughtful strategies to ensure that the property received the maximum number of viewings in the first month. As the vendor, I was given detailed feedback on every viewing; the agent left text and voicemail messages to keep me up to date and to ensure that we had direct contact after each viewing. The property was given a high profile advertisement online and in the local press. It appeared in the large window of the agent's town centre premises. Throughout the negotiating process, the procedure was handled by by an experienced and wise sales negotiator, who was professional in every aspect of her work, guiding me through the process, liaising with solicitors and keeping me informed of progress. In the final days leading to completion, her direct approach was invaluable in facilitating a successful sale.. I am a pro-active vendor who likes to be involved at every stage in the sale process and the team at Bond Oxborough Phillips were patient, courteous and encouraging. I have no hesitation in recommending them and have placed another property for sale in their capable hands; this will be the sixth time they have acted on my behalf as a buyer and vendor, the first purchase was in 1999.

consummate professionalism from sales particulars through to sale completion.

From valuation and sales particulars throughout the sales process to completion, we received a first class service from BBP. Queries were dealt with promptly and efficiently. The sales brochure was attractive and professionally produced . This no doubt ensured we had immediate viewings and a sale agreed within a week of the property being put on the market. All staff involved at BBP were friendly and helpful and Philippa in particular deserves special mention for her care and attention throughout the process.

Excellent professional service through out our buying and selling process .

Once we decided to put our house on the market we contacted Bond oxborough phillips and have never looked back . We had no need to contact any other estate agent , they were consistent, professional and always happy to answer any questions . They were also the agents dealing with the house we were buying and the whole process went very smoothly . We can not fault them and would gladly use them if we decide to sell in the future. But that won't be for a while as they helped us find the perfect house . Thank you bond oxborough .

Bideford property purchase

Having registered with several agents in Bideford as well as looking daily on Rightmove, we found that Bond Oxborough Phillips were the best at keeping us informed regarding properties available, as well as understanding our requirements and understanding our position in the selling and buying cycle. When it came to buying our actual property again Bond Oxborough Phillips helped us immensely in terms of viewing and having our offer accepted on the same day. Matthew Branch found us ideal tenants

We asked Matthew Branch (when he was at the Torrington branch of Bond Oxborough) to find us suitable tenants for a dwelling very near our house. Our requirments were unusual, you might even say odd. He was curteous, sensative, discrete and professional.. He acted promptly and efficiently.
