Professional and helpful throughout the whole process

We found BOP to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. Our property sold within a week and the staff provided us with continued support during what turned out to be a difficult sale.

Highly recommend

We recently sold our first home within a week through the Bideford Office and could not of asked for better service from start to finish. Finn in particular valued our property and was then very kind in helping us as much as possible to try and find a new home. He went out of his way to keep us updated with all new instructions and even took calls outside of office hours. When viewing available properties the office managed to fit in the viewings very quickly and after work which not all agents were happy to do. All the staff in the Bideford office were always there to help and were very professional. so if we happen to move house in the future we would definitely use Bond Oxborough again. Would I recommend you?

Yes, I certainly would. From the start Neil was very helpful and and spot on with the valuation. Such very nice people in the office, always ready to help in every way they can.. I asked if they would show people round, they did and did a wonderful job. I do not intend to move again, I have moved 19 times, but if I change my mind, who do I call? not the ghostbusters, but Bond Oxborough Phillips. Thank you each and everyone.

Very good service

An obvious decision

We contacted Bond Oxborough to potentially sell our house. They turned up, looked around the house gave us their valuation and thoughts about how well the property would sell. Everything they said coincided with our thoughts and we were left feeling really positive. The next day we had another agent visit to get a second opinion. This was the agent we were hoping to sell with as we originally purchased through them. To say we were left deflated after they left was an understatement. They were nowhere near what we wanted with the valuation and worst still, they made it feel like it would not be easy to sell our house. The obvious decision was to made to choose Bond Oxborough, they took some really good photos and in no time we had viewings. 8 days later we had our first offer which we accepted. Unfortunately from that point on things slowed down considerably due to issues on our buyers side. At times it felt like Bond Oxborough were the only people trying to get this sale through. We were under pressure to complete on our new property and the longer our sale went on the more likely our new sale would fall through. Bond Oxborough tried their hardest to get the relevant people moving and keeping me informed about the progress. Eventually everything went through and we now leave happily in our new house. I really believe if it wasn't for Bond Oxborough we wouldn’t be where we are today.
