Review for Philippa Bishop of Bond Oxborough Phillips

Although Philippa was acting for the seller (and I was the buyer), she was exceptionally helpful, proactive and always professional in liaising between vendor, purchaser, solicitors and management company. Had it not been for Philippa, we would probably have abandoned the purchase and looked elsewhere.

Sale of our late Mother's property

All the staff in the Bideford office were extremely helpful during the sale process, from valuation through to completion. They dealt with major and minor matters with equal levels of care and importance and provided service on a personal level.

House Sale

Fantastic service, couldn't fault. House was on their website within hours, with excellent photo's and a viewing and offer had been accepted within 24 hours of this. First class communication throughout the whole process also.

I used Bond Oxborough Phillips for a house sale. They are a first class agency who provided a first class service. Problems arose later during the legal process which were completely outside their control but these were handled extremely efficiently by Phillipa to ensure a successful conclusion.. Highly recommended.

Helpful, thorough, accommodating and prepared to listen

The initial details of our sale were efficiently done and we were fairly confident with the marketing of our property.After an initially slow start the property had more viewings and we accepted an offer negotiated by Neil Phillips. However it was the effort that Philippa Bishop put in that we believe enabled the property to get to 'sale exchange' By liaising with all interested parties she smoothed some of the rough patches that all the chain were experiencing at different (and sometimes the same) time. She helped when on occasions other professionals did not appear to be so helpful and gave good practical advice; the fact that it reached a conclusion after 13+ weeks. we believe is because of Philippa's hard work.

Sale and purchase of my properties

I found Bond Oxborough Phillips to be very professional and supportive in what was a very difficult purchase. They sold my previous house within a week and liazed with myself to complete and exchange on both properties whilst I was away in Europe. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Throughout the sale of my property, there has been several stumbling blocks caused by the lender supplying the mortgage. Bond Oxborough Phillips staff have been excellent in communications throughout the whole process, calm and in control, reassuring through every step that was placed in the way for securing the final sale of my property..
