Professional and efficient

We changed to BOP after trying unsuccessfully to sell our house for 18 months. Straight away we had more people viewing in a week than we had in the previous 6 months! This was only partly because of realistic pricing and good marketing was definitely a factor. It didn't take long to get an offer and the progress through the sale was in general managed very well. There were a few problems that they as agents were not responsible for but Philippa 'chased' the other agents and solicitors involved to arrive at a satisfactory conclusion.
