I decided to sell my house with Country properties after buying the same house a few years ago. I can honestly say what a wonderful,professional and friendly team they are. My house was sold within 2 weeks and they kept me informed on a regular basis. Fantastic advice, honest and nothing was too much trouble,help and support all the way.I just wish all estate agents were like Kim,Ash,Val and the team.

From my first contact with the team at Biggleswade, i was impressed with their efficiency. I was looking to purchase a property as investment/rental; Ashley went through available properties, we arrange viewing's with Irma, i put offer in on one and we completed, with Caroline progressing the sale very effectively (and in my view did more work than the Vendors Solicitors!) and we completed just six weeks after offer. The communication between the team and their efficiency is a breath of fresh air in a world where customer service seems to be diminishing. I will use their services to let my property and highly recommend to anyone buying or selling a property.

I have used Country Properties for my last two lettings and they have always been great. The lettings team seem to support each other and all get involved to help their clients. They respond well to problems etc and are timely in getting them sorted. They recently helped me and my partner find a beautiful place to live after a different one fell through and we couldn’t be more in love with the property. Really recommend as they are very professional. Only down side is having to pay rent four days before it’s due. This is to cover bank holidays etc but with bank transfers being instant these days, I don’t feel this is necessary in 2021. It all works out in the end as it’s a monthly payment but can mean you are paying two lots of rent in the same month when you first move in - so watch out for the dates.
