Initially I had a bad experience with this company, however once Charlotte Ford became my point of contact everything started running smoothly. She responds to emails in a timely manner and is professional.

Very good service and very helpful staff. Lily showed the house to my boyfriend and Drew was kind enough to agree on showing me the place on another day when I was available. However, if you are going for a viewing and agree on the house, be sure of the furniture that are inside because sometimes their photos on the website might be misleading and show a full-furnished house.

Lily Johnson helped me when I was moving out of the property which was let by John Shepherd. Due to complications involving timescales, Lily and myself worked together to come up with a solution which would benefit all parties. She was extremely helpful in liaising with the landlord to agree what steps should be taken during my removal from the letting contract. Would highly recommend working with John Shepherd and particularly Lily Johnson.
