If you are looking to rent the house, don’t use this company, they waste your time, long process and the end nothing that you achieve.

One of the worse estate agency in Bristol for sure, I have filled out the online application twice for the 26 epsom close before anyone else but with no reason my application was rejected I lost two opportunities while I was waiting for this property, I have been told by one of the staff that will let me know before anyone else's, lie after lie.

Your 2nd application was received and sent to the landlord but they decided it wasn't suitable for them. We are sorry that this was the case, but unfortunately this was not our decision. I have contacted CJ Hole to help us rent a house. However the whole process was really hard. We had to go through a screening process before we could view the property, which we found very strict, but could understand why they set up that process. However, what we couldn’t understand was the fact that the process was really lenghthy and that we couldn’t apply to view more than one property. Furthermore, until today we never got feedback from the agency about the application we submitted. We called the agency several times as we had a very tight schedule to find a house in the area and although they assured me that they would give me feedback as soon as possible and would put me forward for another property in case the feedback was negative, I’ve never heard from them. The whole process was really disapointing.

Thank you for your review. We do understand that it can be frustrating searching for a property - currently there are so many applicants applying for each property. We do try to contact all clients in a timely manner if applications have not been successful, but sometimes the volume of clients causes delays. We hope that you have now found your new home.

IF YOU ARE A TENANT DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. If you read through the reviews, they're all landlords related. This is not a company that looks after tenants. I will not mention my experience with them but I'm absolutely disgusted. 1 star is too much.

I am renting a property in Charlton Hayes, and the property is managed by CJ Hole Bradley Stoke. Absolutely terrible…. The shower broke on the 2nd of July, today the 12th of July still unfixed. Shower unit can be bought from BandQ or Screwfix of the shelf but . Apparently a contractor has been awarded the job and are waiting for the part. It is a shower unit not an aerospace engine, how long it take to be delivered? This is the ONLY shower in the flat. I asked today if someone can actually go and get it from screwfix but the answer was no , basically stay and stink even if I pay £1000 per month Appalling and unprofessional, from a bunch of underpaid young people which they call themselves professional! Thank you for your comments, we always welcome feedback from clients. As you are aware from our conversation today your property manager obtained a quote from the plumber and obtained authorisation from the landlord the same day that you reported the issue with the shower, 2nd July 2021. The new shower was ordered on Monday 5th July and the contractor was initially advised by the supplier that it would arrive in 2-3 days. Sadly this was then extended to 3-7 days. The shower is due to arrive Wednesday/Thursday and the plumber will fit it as soon as it arrives. The shower concerned is only available to order and is unfortunately not something that can be picked up in-store from Screwfix, B&Q etc. It is better to fit the exact same shower so the size matches and is also is like for like on quality. We do note that there is a 2nd bathroom in the property with a bath so hope this hasn’t been too inconvenient but do appreciate that it hasn’t been ideal. However we hope you can see that everything is being actioned by all parties as soon as possible.

Happy to deduct £170 for water marks on a shower head but didn’t mind when our home was subject to several leaks which we cleaned without compensation. Expect a smirky reply from the manager as he’s proactive on here but not on a email. Fake smiles and a lot of lies.
