The worse agency ever... they calculate my income wrong they put me to pay the feed and after call me a haundred time to clarify the mistake they've make.. refuze to give another house.. refuse to give me my money back. This i will not let like that i will call the police and citizens advice. and to prove the there i rong !!! And why thei put another income instead i declare.

Hello Geta, thank you for your review. As discussed in our office earlier this week, the referencing company reviewed all the paperwork you submitted as evidence of your income. As you are self-employed they can only validate the amount you have declared through your annual tax return to HMRC. We have contacted you several times to explain the criteria required and obtain any evidence of any further income, but sadly you have been unable to provide such. Unfortunately as your joint income does not meet the referencing criteria required at this rent level we have been unable to proceed with this particular property. We did advise during our conversation that we were willing to transfer your application to another property if it was £900pcm or below. Please let us know if you still require our assistance.

Will happily lie to get your business then have you living next to a unfinished building site for 7 months with no street parking for £1225 a month.

Hi Jamie. We are really sorry to hear that your are unhappy in the property. Had we of known this back in April when you asked to renew your tenancy, we could have helped you source another property. The building work to which you refer is being carried out by Barratt Homes, therefore a different develop to the one that built your house, therefore we were unaware of their timescales. Sharp practice.... booked to see a property to let, went to see it, girl was nice, told if I'm interested to "make an offer" at the office??? I thought why make an offer when it's advertised at £1300?? And why go to the office when I'm stood in front of an cj hole Rep? Anyway, drove to the office, upon sitting down the price went up £50 and told website was a mistake, asked what my offer is, well my offer was the advertised price? Plus £50 all of a sudden.. Rang back at end of day and told "landlord took another offer"... this practice is what gives agency's the Rep they have. Presume if a property has any demand, price will go up and you are expected to offer more than the price advertised. Will be sending this experience to trading standards, as it happens I took another property the same day but besides the point. Google cj hole Bristol and read about the protests etc, believe it all and tread carefully with these people....

Bad experience with CJ Hole, just another branch. Very rude people. They interest is in your money, and not your needs. Told them I quit smoking and that the property I am looking for should have gas heating. They sent me a list that only one matched my requirements. Sent them a message that I am interested, and they replied to me "unfortunately the landlords wouldn’t consider someone who smokes in the properties". First of all you should search for a property, and give me other options( at this point when you have tens of properties on the market) . Second, if I specific told you, to send me properties with gas heating, why is so hard to search for my needs, lazy people?
