Excellent and professional service from start to completion. Both Mitchell and Matthew were extremely knowledgeable and friendly while showing us around houses and suggesting houses/areas that might suit us. Chloe has also been fantastic - always available to answer any questions, keeping us in the loop at all times, and seamlessly liaising with the sellers, solicitors and mortgage company to get the purchase of our first house over the line. From start to finish CJ Hole have been brilliant. From our initial meeting with James, who gave us an appraisal and rundown of the services offered, through to Ben who took the pictures and handled our sale, and then on to Zara who did a sterling job of managing our very complex chain. Ben J was excellent when showing me round the flat, had all the information I wanted (and some I didn't even know I wanted!) and was very patient as I walked around multiple times showing my parents on video calls, despite it being nearly 6pm. Prompt responses to emails and phone calls, and nothing but upfront professionalism through the entire buying process! I'd give 6 stars if I could UPDATE: 7 months later and I'm in! Hands down one of the most stressful experiences of my life but Zara at CJ Hole made it her mission to push the sale through. The world would be a much better place if everyone approached their job with the same degree of professionalism and competence that Zara did!
