Cannot recommend them highly enough. Ben J was excellent when showing me round the flat, had all the information I wanted (and some I didn't even know I wanted!) and was very patient as I walked around multiple times showing my parents on video calls, despite it being nearly 6pm. Prompt responses to emails and phone calls, and nothing but upfront professionalism through the entire buying process! I'd give 6 stars if I could UPDATE: 7 months later and I'm in! Hands down one of the most stressful experiences of my life but Zara at CJ Hole made it her mission to push the sale through. The world would be a much better place if everyone approached their job with the same degree of professionalism and competence that Zara did!
