Closed offices when they knew they had keys being picked up. Now trying to charge me £400 to remove furniture from the property that was let part furnished.

So far I'm extremely unimpressed. I was promised by the Bromley branch that my deposit, only paid a day earlier, would be returned within five days. As things stand, and in fairness Christmas has got in the way, it has now been at least three weeks and I'm still waiting! This is extremely poor service!

Neither me nor the other neighbours on my road will EVER use this company for rental or sales. We had issues with a rental property they ‘mange’ and they ignored calls, letters, emails etc with no interest in the effect on the community. We had to go to Head office in the end only to be told not our problem as long as rent comes in and we get our commission.

The worst! I had a complaint about a property they ‘manage’ and after email and phone calls they never even reply just ignore

I was wait around 30 minutes outside. That staff locked the door and stayed with phone. 04-03-2023

Stay away from this company. I'd choose anyone else over Your Move. The staff are rude. I had Paula Weston calling me in the most unprofessional way for no good reason. They wanted us to cooperate on any days they booked in for viewings. A little advice for you: first ask the tenants what days they're available and then book in viewings. Not vice versa. People may think this is a non-brainer, but apparently not for everybody. Also, good luck if you want to get anything sorted. They're completely useless when it comes to administration. They were sitting on the deposit for weeks and they wouldn't have started the process if we hadn't chased it up. Forget whatever's in the contract, that doesn't apply to them. Never in my life I had to chase an agency for basic things that should be done automatically when the tenant moves out. Credit to Leo for being the only one who cared in the whole branch.

Awful... we been moved out on the 2 of Feb and after 21days we received our deposit, and when we called the store they just keep saying oh is not in our hand... also is been saying in the contract in 10 days we need to receive the money. My experience with this agency is horrible..I can't offer to anyone because they just care about the ppl till when u take a flat/house...
