My partner called there offices of numerous times and different days to try and book a viewing but could never get through. We had to go through sales who advised they had one person in on lettings who was at a viewing and a call back promised. Never happened. We are relocating from West Midlands to Burnham on sea and luckily was down for another viewing so was able to walk in the office. Once again no one from lettings was in. We did manage to book a viewing through the sales team. Between booking the viewing and the actual date we found an alternative property so tried to call the offices to cancel. Once again no answer. I then received a snotty email from Matt because we never turned up for the viewing. I pointed out to Matt we had tried to call numerous times but couldn’t reach anyone. I also pointed out other professional estate agents we had used called us the day before to confirm the booking was still going ahead. Matt needs to remember who customers are and how to communicate with them. Very unprofessional to send snotty emails and blame the potential customers for not being at a viewing when we had tried to notify you. I don’t leave reviews often especially for a company we never actually needed but they were rude and unprofessional. I can’t imagine letting or buying a property and then needing there after care. Embarrassing

Arranged a viewing in Burnham on sea property for sale, both of us had to leave work 7 hours early, drove from Yeovil and stood in front of the property for half an hour, called the office to find out that they have forgotten not only to arrange the viewing but also to let us know. Very poor service.

Awful service. Never answer the phones. Spoken to Matt on the phone and he was rude. I’ll never try to use them again

Never answer the phone. Tried to call but only rings and then voicemail. Tried going via the sales department who answered straight away but my promised call back never happened. I made the time to visit the branch to book a viewing. Between booking and my viewing I found another property so tried to call to cancel but once again. No answer on every attempt. Matt then sent my a rude email stating I should have called to cancel. Had your team answered the calls you would have known I wasn’t attending. Very very poor customer service and attitude from Matt.

Unfortunately we are not allowed to release keys to a new property without the solicitor giving us permission and on this occasion it was a later than average completion, and we couldn't release keys to you even though you wanted us to.
