Very unprofessional

I'm updating my review as the bad experience I had was regarding a staff. I can't review the branch itself but I believe they do a good job as they have many good reviews, plus my english before wasn't as good to explain myself as it is now. So when I just arrived to the UK in Burnley, I went to this branch with the intention to ask general information about how to rent a house, what will I need, what will I be asked, where can I find basic info etc etc I was in that typical exciting learning stage as when you are new in a new place. I can't recall properly how the conversation was as this was nearly 4 years ago but roughly here we go: This staff, a blonde woman around early 50s maybe, she made me feel unwelcome as she wouldn't answer any of my questions, nor even offering me a seat, she would reply to me saying the same, do you work? Where do you work, in boohoo? I said I did not know what was boohoo (and I didn't know at that time, now I know...) but I was working, and she would say, I know you just want info but first you need to work, once you have a job come back. I just wanted few little general information but I did not manage for this woman to "see" me, she would just reply same things, do you work in boohoo? First you need a job. This was roughly the line of the 2'-3' conversation where any of my questions were answered. She was just standing with an attitude of what do you want and sort of accompanying me to the exit. So unprofessional, unfair, even felt discriminated, plus I felt also confused as I was new in the UK so I was full of high positives vibes so that situation confused me a lot, I wasn't expecting that situation nor ready for that. She did not even have a real interest about what was my work. If she showed some interest and I had explained what was my job, my earnings, what I was doing there, things would have gone very different and I'm confident she wouldn't have treated me the way she did. I think this woman sinned of a lack of values pre-judging me. And that's all, thanks for reading the liitle text :) haha
