Waiting on call back

Well a viewing was booked for me at 12 noon as per email confirmation, hurried on over- waited and no show by agent. Phoned them and they had it in the diary for 1pm. I hope future service to all gets a whole lot better and professional!

Just rang up to ask about fees. The call handler asked if it was just fees or what they could offer. I said I just want to know fees at this point. The call handler couldn't give the information and then started talking to her colleague and said "she wants you to explain the packages we offer. She was quite rude". If anything the call handler had a poor attitude. So I still don't know what their fees are, but I do know what they offer: criticising customers within ear shot.

Awful treatment. After the death of my Mum, and my Dad with Dementia in a care home, I asked for a valuation of their property which is in good condition. Julia came and immediately dropped a bombshell that she believed my Dad did not own the house. No tact nothing. I nearly dropped to the floor. I began to wonder if my parents had been scammed. Her attitude was rude, condescending, unprofessional quite frankly unbelievable. I immediately went to my solicitor who has the Deeds to the house and he said she was talking rubbish. My Dad completely owned the house and gave me a trustworthy Estate agent to contact. Why would someone do that? Avoid this firm at all costs. There are much better ones out there.

I feel sad that you consider me to be rude, condescending and unprofessional. Especially as I spoke about the personal loss of my parent too. I did show you a copy of the land registry and we both know what was on there. I wouldn't recommend this estate agent they discriminate people with pets and people on benefits and disability not helpful at all

Discriminates against people on benefits in the form of requesting people on benefits to provide a guarentor which they would not ask someone in employment. I only found this out the night before my viewing as i took it upon myself to double check information i had already provided in my initial enquiry. Sloppy, and could have wasted a whole day of my time which they obviously dont care about and no apology after all this. In a nut shell vile.

Been trying to book a viewing on the same house for over 2 weeks with people saying they would call us back, no calls back. When pulled up on it the lady on the phone was so rude absolutely terrible.
