Shocking customer service, poor communication, terrible experience with this company. We viewed a property on Friday 19th, made an offer on the property via email to the member of staff that showed us the property that afternoon, have been calling since and he has not bothered to return a single call of ours, even worse we have now gone on to the listing today 23rd and it has been let elsewhere, still no acknowledgment or response of anything from the member of staff there, even his own colleagues didn't understand why he was not returning our calls or communicating with us, very unprofessional. Very disappointed with the service provided by Martin & Co Camberley.

Did not have the decentcy to tell me I was not suitable or that the property had come under offer an was accepted. Waited a week before phoning them I asked what I would need to get the property he said he would reply unless I called I would still be waiting g now waste of a viewing avoid.

My stepson rented a place for a year. Faults reported when he moved in with promise of repair. The place was full of mould which nothing was done. Now they don't want to return deposit. Absolutely disgusting, non professional bunch of thieves. Do not use this company under any circumstances.

It is worth pointing out that 9 times out of 10 mould is caused by atmospheric moisture rather than a property failing however I will investigate this once I am aware of the property and circumstances . Also, we as an agent do not benefit in any way from deposit disputes. A tenants deposit is held to protect the landlord and as I am sure you will be aware the deposit is protected by a government led scheme to which there is a redress. I am keen to understand the details of your stepsons tenancy and to resolve any dissatisfaction and provide a fair outcome to all parties. Regards, Giles. Company Director

My daughter was renting for nearly 3 years never met her landlord never got in touch none of the repairs was done when she moved in now saying may not get all deposit back she was left with broken catches on windows blown windows floods from upstairs 3 times ruined her kitchen no one came to check work needed no hot water in sink in bathroom for 2 years the answer when she did hear back was landlord spent money on new carpet I would touch that flat after being in there and gave good clean fir check out I pity next person no one at man and co gave a toss how she had to live.

Very unprofessional, had a booking today and no one has shown up - only to have been told by another couple that the viewing had been cancelled due to the owner feeling ill. No one called, no one emailed. How do these people work as estate agents - I have no idea. One lost buyer. Don’t bother with them.

Management agents that don't.manage ..and let urgent repairs go unfixed ..putting peoples health at detriment !!!

As you can see from the attached email, I was threatened by the director of the company for writing - what he sees as - a 'slanderous' review, and to take it down. Slander is a false malicious statement in order to damage a reputation, but none of it was false. In order to be transparent, I am prepared to re-write my review with images as evidence of my issues if they are not resolved professionally and promptly by all parties involved. Read the attached email and make the decision for yourself as to whether you want to deal with a company like this, regardless of your reason for engaging with them. I moved out of a property almost 2 months ago and have still not received any formal communication about a check-out inventory and getting my deposit back, which was about £800. Now they are refusing to engage. If necessary, I will proceed with, and provide evidence for, any formalities of mediation/claims/complaints via the appropriate channels including Citizens Advice, the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, and The Property Ombudsman if they fail to promptly resolve directly, amicably, and respectfully. The final review is up to them decide by the actions.

As far as we are aware you had found suitable accommodation for you and your dogs which has always been the challenge as you are aware when we have spent considerable time and energy in securing you a property.
