No one has come back to me! So no comment. Obviously to me Camberley branch is all the worse since Ray went to another branch!

Thank you Miss Johnson for your review however I feel that it is unfounded and I am a little confused as to why you would leave us negative feedback since our last contact which from our records was in March 2018. As far as we are aware you had found suitable accommodation for you and your dogs which has always been the challenge as you are aware when we have spent considerable time and energy in securing you a property. I am unsure what has driven you to leaving this reveiw after nearly 2 years since your last contact with my office but I find it rather slanderous and I respectfully request that you remove your feedback from google. If you truly believe that we have in someway failed in our service level to you whilst searching for a property I would very much like to discuss this with you further and request you reach out to me personally on 01276 691510. Very disappointed in the communication abilities of this Estate Agent. We were given the impression we were waiting on a response from a Landlord, when in fact the property had already been let, subject to completion. We wasted 5 days of our time, including numerous phone calls to this Agency, who did not get back to us, despite saying they would. In the end, after being provided with full disclosure of the situation, we were told a decision would be made over a weekend and we would be contacted - to date, nobody has had the courtesy to contact us.

Very poor customer service, have been without bathroom taps for 4 months now since first raising it, same excuse each time of chasing the landlord but no resolution or escalation...

The biggest liar I have ever seen in my life. Greedy bastards. We offered the asking price for a dream house, got accepted, but these greedy state agents lied to us and instead sold it to someone else without our knowledge . I would be pleased to know ahead if there are more competitor rather being told that they would not take any other offer. If they were honest I would not mind to back off. Never trust them.

Dear Mr Limbu, thank you for your feedback. I would have liked to have been able to speak with you personally prior to you leaving negative comments about our services online. It is with true regret that I understand your offer on the property in question was unable to proceed, indeed your offer was accepted by the vendor and the property was taken off the market but as I had explained to your wife who handled most of your negotiations there was an offer that had been placed before yours . This family were also committed to securing the purchase and were only interested in moving if they could secure this particular property, so much so that they offered substantially over the asking price (10's of thousands) . As I am sure you will appreciate we are engaged by our vendor and have an obligation to act in their best interest, more than this we are required to put forward any offers that are made on a property and our client needs to make an informed decision themselves as to how they want to proceed. On this occasion under the circumstances the property did not go in your favour but I assure you at no point where you mislead or lied to at any time. I do appreciate the frustration and upset that the situation has caused but I hope that you can understand that this was not by our design. I wish you and your family every success in finding a suitable property and hope that you will allow us to redeem ourselves in your eyes by assisting you with the same. This company are so unprofessional it is unreal. From the first time I spoke to Giles and he told me that he was going to give me "discount" on the fees so they were cheaper than another estate agents, so we would rent the property through them. Turns out there wasn't a discount and we ended up paying more than the other estate agents. Every year we had a renewal with them they made endless mistakes in the contract... Things as simple as our names. And their renewal fees! What a joke, how someone can charge so much for them to send you an email is beyond me. "Admin" charges, when your admin can't even get the document right. When we came to leaving the property they sent us emails meant for our landlord discussing how much they "suggested" we paid to leave. And now we keep receiving emails intended for landlords or tenants with addresses, amounts of money etc on them, apparently it doesn't matter if you let them know of their error because they will continue to send them.
