Dont know what the other reviews are talking about. I'm a tenant in Deal and recently had a few problems with my property. I called the Canterbury Hub and spoke to Ceri. Both Ceri and Sarah and Jade were extremely helpful and resolved my problem quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Brilliant service from all involved (especially Ceri, who dropeed everything to help me). I will definitely call again if I have any more problems with the house.

As a non-resident landlord it is difficult to ensure that my intersts are protected and tenants get the service they deserve. Sarah has always responded promptly to my enquiries and organised maintenance/repair work to be completed quickly and with minimum inconvenience to the tenant.

I just wanted to write a quick review regarding the fantastic service my partner Nicola & I received in the Yourmove branch in Canterbury. As first-time buyers, we were very nervous as to the process of buying a property. Fortunately, Jake Sales, one of the sales consultants, couldn't have been more helpful. He has found us our dream property as first-time buyers & recommended Liz, one of the financial advisors too us as well.
