Recently used Your Move in Canterbury. I found the staff (Ceri,Jade and Sarah) very kind, helpful and professional. I have definitely recommended these to all my friends and would defninitely use them again in the future.

The last 4 months I have been dealing with Jade in the Canterbury Lettings branch. I have experience with Your Move before, which usually is pretty useless. However Jade is a brilliant individual with excellent response time to emails and has a great personality for job. Real asset to Your Move in Canterbury.

Spoke to a lovely lady today I believe her name was Amy, she was very professional and help me and my daughter with a student property enquiry and answered all our questions. Canterbury Team is lucky to have her.

Used them for 6 years. Difficult to deal with, often change their mind. They lost keys to property I was renting, telling the landlord that they have never received it. I'm glad I took a picture when handing the keys in, asking one of the agents to sing it.. At least I had a proof and didn't have to pay a lot of money for lock replacement.

Is the lettings manager ever at work? So sick of calling and never getting calls returned by her, when you do she's useless and rude!

Had an absolutely terrible experience with Your Move Canterbury - they are completely unprofessional, incompetent, time wasting and unapologetic. They have caused us an enormous amount of emotional stress, frustration and loss of money through their lies and I would not wish anybody else to go through the same. Please AVOID.
