They care about you before you pay your holding deposit

I have now been living in a property managed by Your Move, Canterbury for 2 months, and I’m still waiting for really basic repairs done... like having heating in the bedrooms! They sent someone to fix the heating issue twice and he only made it worse. I contacted him to ask him to sort it out and he is not on holiday until January! Phoning the office is useless, they never pick up. They are great until you have signed the contract and paid the deposit, after that they couldn’t care less!

Utterly usless. I have a problem with tenants that Your Move have placed as neighbours and despite saying they would take action have lied and did nothing. Quick update - by ignoring the issue the matter overboiled and the case is now being handled by the police, whereas Your Move could have acted quickly to avoid this.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THEY ARE RUDE INCOMPETENT, LAZY THEY TELL LIES, IN TWO MONTHS I HAVE SENT OVER 38 EMAILS OVER TENANCY ISSUES AND REPAIRS THE UPSHOT IS EVEN THOUGH HAVE PAID 1 YEAR RENT IN ADVANCE IF I DON.T LIKE IT MOVE!!

Called up to pay my rent and I heard them pick up the phone and immediately hung up on me! Not even a greeting.

I went to their office with my partner and asked if any landlord would accept pets. The woman who attend us said there werent anything available, but she wrote down our contact details. Some minutes after, I remebered something about and ad of one of their houses I had seen on Internet and came back into the office. I saw she had crossed out our details, despite the fact she told us she would call if she would find any options. The next day I called them and one of their houses accepts pets.They had it from a long time, so it was able when we talked with the women. Anyway, we meet with one men to see the house. He never came to the view, and when we called to the office he said he had written me an email to cancel the date. It was not true. In addition, he didnt have my telephone number wrote down correctly. Hope my English is good enough to give you an idea of how horrible these people work.

Utterly disgusted. They are rude , unreasonable , annoying and simply the worst estate agency ever in England . Even I am the customer, they make me feel terrible instead.

Bad service, rude staff. Would fully suggest using other agencies.
