If there was an option of 0/5 stars I would have chosen it. I currently have a tenancy through YourMove. It has come to renewing my contract and they have consistently been incompetent. There have been many issues (none with the landlord, they have been great and have had their own issues with the agents). To put in brief terms, they have incorrectly stated the terms of my original contract, when asked for all info and changes, not informed me, contradicted themselves multiple times and generally bad communication. Through this I have called and emailed multiple times, been told "yep doing it now" and having to call back the next day as it still wasn't done, they don't answer their phones and quite frankly it doesn't seem like they do any work at all. There is only one guy at the branch which was helpful, the rest were hindrances beyond believe.
