YourMove Canterbury have made the experience as smooth as possible. When we have needed repairs they have acted quickly and when we have had rent issues they have offered realistic options to keep us financially supported. We have regular emails and phonecalls, they have always got back to us and if they can't answer the query then they pass it on to a colleague who does.
