I reviewed the market for managing properties and chose Martin & Co in Roath partly due to their competitive pricing but also because Henry and his team stood out as being intelligent, caring and proactive. The property has not been difficult to manage but whenever an issue has arisen or I have had any questions the team have been quick to help me or take action as necessary.

Having dealt with dozens of letting agencies in the past, I can safely say that Martin & Co have been the smoothest and most professional team to work with. Rob Noblet was a great guy to work with, and we very much appreciated how clear and precise he made the entire viewing and application process. The office staff were quite helpful and all documents delivered on time and as expected. After many nightmares in the past, this letting agency is a real breath of fresh air!

I cannot recommend Martin and Co enough. I have recently bought and sold a property using them and found the service they have provided are miles ahead of their competitors. They are excellent communicators, easy to get hold of and liaise with, are very competitive with other estate agents in terms of rates, there were no hidden fees and the whole process from start to finish was transparent, stress free and professional. I can not recommend them enough and am thrilled that they have enabled me to move into my new home.

I have been with Martin&co For 6 years...and honestly they have been the best letting agency I have been with, They have dealt with any issues and repairs that I have had promptly and efficiently. There Customer service is excellent and the Team are very dedicated and you can feel how passion they are about there business...which makes me very comfortable. Anytime that I needed things to be repaired which have been a few times...They have been repaired on the same day to 3 days depending on the urgency of the situation even if i couldn't get through to the agency itself the call centre for martin and co always seemed to get my message through to the team within a reasonable time scale. Overall I think The company and Staff are Reliable, Credible and Friendly. Thank You! :)

Booked a viewing for a studio flat with Astrid. Firstly was taken to a 1 bed flat which was not the correct one. She realised I'd booked for the studio and took me there after. Unfortunately was not able to view the studio in the end due to an error made by the external company that provided the flat She was very apologetic and nice about it and gave me all the information about the studio anyway and answered all my questions. I received a follow up phone call later that day to rebook the viewing. They were very apologetic
