I have been with Martin&co For 6 years...and honestly they have been the best letting agency I have been with, They have dealt with any issues and repairs that I have had promptly and efficiently. There Customer service is excellent and the Team are very dedicated and you can feel how passion they are about there business...which makes me very comfortable. Anytime that I needed things to be repaired which have been a few times...They have been repaired on the same day to 3 days depending on the urgency of the situation even if i couldn't get through to the agency itself the call centre for martin and co always seemed to get my message through to the team within a reasonable time scale. Overall I think The company and Staff are Reliable, Credible and Friendly. Thank You! :)

Henry and Co were professional, friendly and very supportive throughout the process. I highly recommend them.

Booked a viewing for a studio flat with Astrid. Firstly was taken to a 1 bed flat which was not the correct one. She realised I'd booked for the studio and took me there after. Unfortunately was not able to view the studio in the end due to an error made by the external company that provided the flat She was very apologetic and nice about it and gave me all the information about the studio anyway and answered all my questions. I received a follow up phone call later that day to rebook the viewing. They were very apologetic
