I highly recommend Belvoir in Carlisle (previously Bulmans) which has managed properties I let for the past 17 years. Probably enough time to work out Adele and her staff know their stuff!! They’ve always been a pleasure to deal with, all with a great sense of humour, tolerating my demands, bad jokes and sorting in a timely way the inevitable problems with property letting. Some agencies I’ve experienced (none at present, thankfully!!) have failed to communicate, which is miserable and costly. This isn’t the case here, as it’s understood how vital communication is. Nothing worse than hearing too late or not being pre-warned of issues. As a landlord, with several properties across numerus letting companies, Belvoir Carlisle are one of the best. I regularly receive updates on my propriety. The letting agents carry out very fair and justified background checks and also provide very detailed home visits to make sure the property is well kept and to a high standard. Furthermore, they provide a very competitive management price of the property. Finally, I am only contacted by the letting agent regarding maintenance required to the property and receive regular emails regarding up dates to the company and how they can improve their service.
