Following my isters death her flat had to be sold. My first contact with CJHOLE was a preliminary meeting with Lee Glenister.A meeting was arranged with mr Howard Davies..We place the sale with CJHole. as our initial impression was of a firm where every member of staff felt as if they were involved with the sale. Sam, Tara and every member of staff with whom we came in contact were always polite and above all gave the impression of being genuinely interested.We were constantly updated by regular emails and telephone calls. Mr. Davies must be congratulated on the way the Clifton Branch performed and each and everyone with whom we had contact performed with exemplary professionalism It has been a pleasure to have had dealings with you all Dr. F.D.Skerrett

I found all the staff at the
I found all the staff at the branch friendly and helpful. Lee was particulary good when there was a hitch in proceedings and the solicitors seemed to have stalled. He was always patient and good natured.

Lee was a fine example of an agent that listens to waht you want. He was very confident and professional throughout the whole buying process. Who said buying a property was hard work?! Lee made the whole process run without any problems and kept me fully up to speed with the progress of the sale. A great company to see your property. Great work.

Good and professional service
Good and professional service from start to finish, highly important to someone like me, a foreign buyer, living abroad. Lee was always easily available through e-mail, kind and patient, and followed the sale efficiently right up until completion, solving all my doubts. I would not hesitate to use CJ Hole again and have already recommended the branch to other people in my country.

Excellent service from start
Excellent service from start to finish. Lee was considerate when organizing viewings, and followed the sale through right up until completion. When he was on leave, we dealt with Anne, who was always helpful and courteous. We would not hesitate to use CJ Hole again.

I sold a property through CJ Hole Clifton and I was amazed at the helpfulness of the staff, especially Lee who monitored everything with my house sale and kept in regular contact. I would definately recommend them to anyone.

I have been a landlord for
I have been a landlord for many years and have a large portfolio, I have been thinking of changing the agent that manages my properties, so I have checked a few agents out, I visited CJ Hole in Clifton and spoke to a lady called Rachel who was very helpful. I was introduced to the manager Sheila, and I took the decision on passing all my portfolio to them, they are helpful very professional and always available to help. I wish I had changed to them years ago.
