Buying a house is a major

Buying a house is a major decision in anyone's life. From the beginnings of our dealings with CJ Hole Clifton, we experienced courteous and extremely efficient service, which gave us confidence. We encountered all sorts of difficulties with the first property we wanted, which led to having to pull out in the end. But CJ Hole got us through and there were good relations with the vendors, who were stymied through circumstances beyond their control. The same day we heard that we could not buy the property, CJ Hole showed us around three other properties; we were able to choose one immediately (being exactly what we were looking for) and make an offer that day. We were looking for very swift service as cash buyers with no chain, and Howard in particular was always ready to help, and made the whole process as good as it could be. I have bought a number of properties in the past, and CJ Hole has been one of the best Estate Agents I have dealt with. They know their business and offer excellent service.

A valuation of my late

A valuation of my late brother's flat was carried out by Howard Davis of CJ Hole's Whiteladies branch. Two other estate agents valued the property prior to Howard's valuation, however, Howard gave the best advice at a time that was difficult for myself and my family. Howard was thorough in his inspection of the property and he engaged with the situation as opposed to the other two agents who wanted to complete the job as soon as possible and leave. I am all round satisfied with the service I received and would recommend the branch to anyone.

Overall I had a very positive experience dealing with CJ Hole. The whole process was kept moving by the dedication of Rachel Smith who chased both solicitors on a number of occasions. The moving in pack was a nice touch and much appreciated.

I found the agent most

I found the agent most helpful on the phone and in person. Easy to talk to and knowledgeable, and if he didn't know the answer he took notes and found out the answer for me. Arranged viewings and meetings with the vendors at convenient times and dealt efficiently with the purchase.
