They do not know how to manage a building. When I checked in for the first time in one of their buildings, the freezer door was broken, the oven didn't work and the shower floor was broken. If you need something to be fixed it will take more than a month for it to be fixed. They don't keep the tenants updated either. They do not keep the building clean. Overall awful.
Had us enter a bidding war to be able to rent a place. This is entirely unethical, lots of people are being priced out of housing and then advertised rents are only 'starting points' for rent negotiations. It's people like these that are generating a desperate and poor generation, profiteering off peoples' basic needs. Disgusting.
Terrible experience! Would not recommend! If you want to live at one of their properties be prepare to be frustrated and complain multiple times, with nothing being done. I have been at their property for about 2 months now and my wifi is still giving me issues. I have had to complain multiple times for them to even acknowledge the problem then another 2 weeks before someone checked it out and its been more than a month now and am still having issues. Furthermore, other issues that I have registered a complain about haven’t been resolved, even when i have spoken to a representative and told them that this needs to be replaced but nothings been done. Lastly they don't keep the tenants updated about the facilities in the room, such as how the oven is suppose to work, as it need to be opened a certain way to work but no i found that out from a friend after she emailed and called cj hole a couple times. Another example being the heaters only working a couple hrs a day, thats fine but we weren't told about that until about a week ago? Im not sure how they expect to know.
Tried to charge us £600 to clean an oven and wipe some surfaces. Money grabbing, exploiting company that are taking advantage of people throughout this pandemic. AVOID at all costs
Firstly i was given a notice of works which i would be party to, 24 hours before exchange and completion that is costing me nearly £1k. Then on completion i was handed one set of keys and now shown the apartment, i.e. where any meters are situated, i.e. electric, stop cock for water in the apartment, where the door entry system fob position was. The agent had done no checks, the apartment was filthy, and keys were missing. So just what do you do for your money. Crap service.
People would think CJ Hole in Whiteladies road is great and professional, but I was very disappointed. Very disorganized! And they all earn bunch of money... for what?????
