I've sent multiple enquiries via Rightmove and called many agents only to find out some landlords don't let to students or viewings were fully booked. After many setbacks, I was worried that I wouldn't hear back from an agent at Martin & Co after I sent an enquiry. However, Bryn called me a week after I sent the enquiry to arrange a viewing. He and the landlord were very accommodating to the fact that I was a full-time student and that I didn't have an income.
