I appointed Payne right at the start of the original lockdown so they weren't able to do anything for a few months. They were quick to respond to my enquiry. When things eased and we were able to more actively market, they found me a buyer pretty quickly. I originally dealt with Leah and then Paige, who I must say was absolutely great. I'm an investor landlord and have dealt with numerous agents, but she's amongst the best. She was very thorough, kept on top of things and kept me fully informed on progress which I really appreciated. Excellent estate agents We used Payne’s to buy a property and sell our property. We mostly dealt with Paige who was amazing very professional and efficient, always keeping us up to date with the progress on sale/purchase. Very knowledgeable about the process and extremely helpful. Nothing was to much trouble and she certainly went the extra mile.
