We've had a very good experience in the process to rent one of their properties, they have been helpful and quick to answer queries. I'm not giving full stars because the first time I tried to contact (through Rightmove, so possibly not their fault) I didn't get an answer, but once I contacted directly it's been great, especially compared to other agencies in the area.

Recently brought a house using Payne Associates, and they were really helpful and good at communicating when going through the house sale. Because of the circumstances with the sale (from a large building company) there was limited knowledge about the house itself. This was not down to paynes themselves however. Overall good service.
