Great, genuine service throughout, never felt misled or 'managed' by them throughout the successful sale of our flat. Always easy to speak to someone and never felt I was being a nuisance. I have to thank everyone at Martin & Co Crystal Palace for their diligence in helping my husband and I get the flat we wanted to make our new home. Michael was wonderful and readily available to show me the flat first while I had first returned to the UK from the states before my husband; and then showing it a second time to my husband when he arrived. Annabel was wonderful at responding to every email or question I had throughout the whole process and made the experience that much easier. We were even able to move in earlier due to the teams hard work in the process! James has been very helpful and has also checked in with both my husband and I to make sure everything is going well and our needs have been met. I know finding a decent flat in London is hard to come by and I am forever grateful for the prompt response from the team as a whole. James and Lucy were the light in the storm of a challenging situation of getting renters for our flat. They gave us clear, low-pressure explanations, great help with logistics, and then found us tenants that seem to be a dream.
