I have let my flat out with the help of James and Lucy for two years now and on both occasions the paperwork has been minimal, the service superlatively reliable and personal. They are nothing like all of the other London estate agents I have had the misfortune of having to work with and I certainly will not be looking elsewhere for agents to let my flat for me.

Very friendly and helpful agents. When something needs sorting, there's never a problem. We moved on a very hot day and the cold tonic and wines left in the fridge were most welcome after all the stress of the day.
