Martin&Co were the sellers Estate Agents that were working on the vendors behalf but I have to say, by the end, I thought they were working for both of us based on the amazing service they provided me. I can wholeheartedly recommend Martin & Co Crystal Palace. We had our flat on the market for four months with another agent, re-listed with Martin & Co and had an offer within ten days. From our first engagement with James, they were professional and very knowledgeable which gave us confidence. The viewing process was very good - they use a web portal to show booked viewings and Michael (who did our viewings) wrote up feedback usually within a couple of hours which we really valued. The actual conveyancing/legal process is where they 100% earned their (very reasonable) fee. The conveyancing process is so opaque and we got little information from solicitors; James was always the one I'd go to and have a clear view of the sale status within hours as he'd engage with agents/solicitors throughout the chain. Our solicitor even commented that James is a "first class agent" and that he can't say that about many people, and this credibility definitely helps the process. I think James was instrumental in getting our sale over the line, and I felt he was a partner to us throughout.

Extremely happy with Martin and Co. I had a terrible, inexperienced Letting Agent the year before managing my property and tenant and the amount of stress it caused was truly unexplainable. Martin and Co swiftly took the contract and their experience certainly showed. They manage extremely well so that Landlords get what they pay for. They also understand the humanity of putting the needs of the tenant first. Would highly recommend in the Thornton Heath area for an easy life, as the area is not an easy Borough at all.
