It’s the first house I’ve had to sell, the Manager Mark is a nice bloke, easy to talk to and gave an honest appraisal. It was evident that he’d put in more effort than other agents to present me with comparative properties in the area, realistic sale prices etc. They arranged a couple of open days and following these there was no pressure to accept the offers that were put to me. Special thanks to Liz Payne for chasing on everyone’s behalf to keep things moving, giving me honest advise, always keeping me informed when there were hold ups and getting the sale pushed through.
