Definitely the no 1 agency in Dartford. We heard about the good service of this agency in 2013 year when the house rented by our aunt was put up for sale. Livermores help her with find another property very fast, and with no asking about anything. We were renting 2 bed flat at this time and in 2014 year happen to us same thing. Our agency (I'll keep name for myself) treated us like people from the street after being with them 3 years. That was the time when we decided to ask for help Livermores. I have used Livermores to help me rent out my flat for several years now. Overall I have been very pleased with the experience. They are very easy to get hold of and on with regardless of who I am dealing with or what I have asked of them. In recent months they have been incredibly helpful as my entire flat needed clearing out and decorating prior to a new tenant moving in. This all went very smoothly and I was kept fully informed along the way. I was also very impressed with the speed at which suitable tenants were found. I cannot fault Andrew Tustin who is currently managing my flat. Very friendly and obliging.
