Had amazing assistance from Verity, she went out of her way to help me get the rental i wanted and contacted me back promptly to tell me what information was needed. Everything was arranged as quick as possible, looking forward to moving in. I would definitely recommend on using Ainsworth lord estate. Very friendly staff. A good indication of a company is how they handle problems and i had some issues getting all the information and Verity was great and helped me sorting everything i needed. I Dealt with Anthony at Ainsworth-Lord Estates, what a nice guy, He came and valued my house and i decided to instruct him straight away really, very confident guy and wow so he should be sold my house in a week!!!! Nothing to much trouble met me after hours worked around me made everything so smooth. Wondering if this guy wants a sales job with me to be fair i thought he was that good. Highly Recommend will use Anthony and Ainsworth-Lord Estates again. 5 STARS EXCELLENT!!

I would have been able to move in 3 working days after my initial contact (although i chose to wait until the weekend instead). On my day of moving in, I noticed the boiler was faulty - the maintenance department answered immediately, and an engineer was arranged at no cost to myself. Absolutely faultless.

if you want an honest reliable agent then choose Ainsworth Lord Estates I have never met such genuine people . They was the most helpful and got me over asking price for my property . I received feedback after every viewing and once the sale started was given an update every week on how it was progressing. Very professional and highly reccomended. Rented my first ever house of this company, they were really helpful. Me an my partner after twelve months decided to buy a new build, Ainsworth Lords where really helpful and they were really cooperative when my new build was delayed and i had to extend my contract by a month or so. Overall a great experience of renting for the first time.

Fantastic estate agents, very professional service. Very helpful and polite staff with a good personality which is always nice to come across. They sold my house within 3 weeks of it being listed with them, excellent write up on the marketing side of things and superb photos which did the house proud. Thank you for your help.
