What a fantastic team, we have nothing but praise for this company. From start to finish we were given a great, professional service. When we met Debra we knew we where going to be in good hands, the pictures taken on a 360 degree camera were very impressive and definitely helped us gain many hits on the internet which in turn generated plenty of interest, after each potential buyer was shown round we were promptly given any feedback in a constructive and informative manner. Our house sold in 6 weeks what more can you say!!

I can't praise Deborah and her team enough with what they have done for me over the past few years. I contacted Deborah in regard to renting my house within the month the photos had been taken and my house was on, then within 2 months I had 12 applicants and together the right applicant was found. I have successfully rented my house out for over 3 years without any issues and now it is on the market and I have my first viewing. I really can't praise the team enough xxx

The team at Ainsworth Lord Estates have been great during my stay in one of their properties. I rented out the property at the start of November but at the start of January I was told my location for work was going to change which would mean that I had to re-locate as it would cost too much petrol and time to travel from Darwen each day. I approached the team with this and they put all the necessary arrangements in place so I could do this. Every member of staff at the office are always very polite and very approachable whenever there was a problem!! Absolutely loved my stay!! Thanks once again Paul and the team for all your support!! The best Estate Agents to work for by far. It is a fantastic place to work everybody is friendly, approachable and a very close knit team. Looked after extremely well and I find it very rewarding and satisfying within my role here as Sales Negotiator. We are offered training and I am currently studying towards becoming a member of the NAEA ( Property Governing Body ..National Association Of Estate Agents) . A very happy employee ( and tenant ) indeed.

Having read all previous negative reviews with regards to ALE personally I think maybe these people are more than likely to be victims of their own idiocy. I found my experience with the purchase of my second house to be a great one,staff were amazing with a great friendly telephone manner and its safe to say I actually enjoyed speaking to the ladies who work there. Louise was the little gem that looked after my purchase and was not only empathetic towards me with regards to my useless solicitors but also gave me reassurance and helped push the case forward. All emails or phone calls were returned in a timely fashion as promised. In all honesty I could not fault them well done and thanks again ladies !

Would recommend to anybody. Not only were they very efficient in setting up house viewings for the ones i picked out myself, but they also kept a keen eye on the market and offered me houses i had missed myself that matched my specific needs. All the staff have been helpful throughout the process, especially Deborah and Lisa who were more than happy to help whether on the phone or face to face in the office.

It was quite daunting to consider renting as it was something I had not done before, but ALE reassured me and took on the whole situation. They found just the right tenant in no time who even agreed to pay a years rent up front which was a real advantage for me in my situation. It was just what I needed and ALE helped so much with all the so varied arrangements to do with the rental of my previous home. ALE were brilliant. In no time at all there were nine applicants looking at my property and ALE got one signed up within a day or so ... it was a relief how quickly and professionally they found the tenants and sorted all the paperwork and legal matters. They handled everything to do with finding the tenant and ensuring the house was ready as it should be for the tenant when they moved in . I was so glad I was with them and they knew all about how to sort out my rental quickly and safely. What a relief! They made sure I got the best possible rental price for the property. The tenants have moved in for a year and that is one less thing I have to worry about. ALE showed themselves in all ways whether finding a buyer for a property or helping amateur landlords like myself to be the best around here for sure. I would always recommend them..and I have been most grateful, for their professional support and advice.

I used ALE when moving up to Blackburn last year and the relationship got over to an excellent start when they were the only company to take time to actually show you around the property properly. After that, combined with the quality of the property, convinced me that this was the right company for me to use. Over the next year I had an excellent experience with ALE, they have excellent opening times, allowing people who work until late to still phone and try and get an issue sorted, and every email I sent was responded to, usually with a small day or so delay, but I didn't once send an email that wasn't responded to. Every time I made a complaint, they did what they could to resolve the issue if possible and they were very flexible with regards to some of my more unusual requests. Also with about four months to go I was interested in moving to another property and they were very flexible with regards to my existing contract. Had I not moved away then I would have continued using ALE, and should I move back I will be using them again.
