Decent letting agency

We would like to thank Saraya for the great work she did in sorting out our council tax. The service was very quick and she got the issue resolves within 24 hours, which when you live in another country is very good peace of mind. Thanks again

Very quick and efficient service. Deanna was incredibly friendly and professional within 72 hours she managed to process my application and I was able to pick up the keys to my room.

M&C were recommended to me through a neighbour and sourced me a tenant in 3 weeks. Everything went smoothly with the process and any questions were answered quickly and promptly. Both David and April on the team were particularly helpful in my never ending questions - thanks. One or two mis-communications with timings of booking and viewings, but nothing major, otherwise would be a 5* rating. I decided on M&C because out of all the letting agents that offered to take on my property as a fully managed service, M&C were the most flexible in terms of negotiating with the tenant and getting the best fit for me and my individual circumstances.

Honestly, it's an ok agency, but there's always something that fails!! Possitive: They held the office late just so I could grab my keys as my trains were supper late! I got a welcoming gift box with the cutest things that you might need on your move in day! Negative: Have reported a problem since the beginning of the tenancy, such as mould, and only by the end when I am about to move they send me a number of a contractor to take care of it... 6 months where my health was at risk due to a problem not solved directly when I reported it! The whole house is full of damp, and my room has 2 leaks on the roof, which creates a bunch of mould. (I have reported this, but they never took care of it) They don't seem to be great at replying back to you through email.
