Very good throughout the process but on the day of moving I had to drive to Doncaster to pick the house keys up. It would have been less stressful if the agent could have met me at the new property with the keys on the day.

We were so close to viewing this property but the agent grabbed the wrong keys which was disappointing as we travelled from outside of the city. We were given the option to wait an hour or 2 which we accepted but changed our mind after attempting 30 mins. We informed the agency of our decision where the agent showed remorse towards the situation. Customer service from the agent definitely made us feel, regardless of the previous mess, we are still happy to deal with them again.

Overall good service. Everything was quick and simple, the online forms made life so simple. Well done for that. A few little bits when we got in the house, like a few bulbs out and broken door stop, little things like that but nothing to get hung up about. And they are sorting all that stuff out anyway. The only thing I could say is that I would have perverted that to be sorted before we got the keys, and the floor was dirty from the decorators. All in all, fantastic company. Would recommend!
