The worst estate agent in Doncaster. You turn down offers on behalf of vendors and you don't get back to people so you can allow for more time to get higher offers in. My husband made an offer on on a property only to be told 3 weeks later it has sold at the price we had actually offered! We lost out because you didn't get back to us. Encouraging gazumping, turning down offers and generally lying about the status of a property gives a clear message about your teams morals and trustworthiness. You should work for both vendor and buyer but it seems as though you are just after the commission. On top of that, it's impossible to get through to the sales team, it is only the letting team that ever answer the phone.

I tried to rent an apartment from this agency. Went to appointment 2 times and for the first one, when i was waiting at the address they called me and told me that we can not make the meeting because they let the apartment, for the second one i called them when i was at the address again and they told me the tenant did not leave the keys so they are not able to show the house. They are not responsible and working with them is wasting time. For 9 days i am still waiting for getting my holding deposit back from them. Never recommending. I chatted online and arranged for a call back for the following Monday it never came so I called and was told someone would call me back eventually I called again and spoke to a young lady who wasn't professional or helpful at all it seemed as though she wasn't interested in what Ihad to say I will not use them again

Made two appointments to view a house, first one was cancelled, second one the agent didnt even turn up without even a phone call to let us know, left us sitting outside the house for over half an hour. Seems like they don't want to sell houses very much. Definitely wouldn't sell.my home through these.
