Initial Review of the application process: Very professional, responsive and efficient! I had a virtual viewing, physical viewing and secured it before I had a call back from other estate agents. Big thanks to Freya for finding me such a nice flat. Upon moving into the flat, the experience was very different. Freya left the company 2 days after moving in, and had 2+ week respnose times to emails, phone calls and maintenance requests were maked as done on the same day with no contact on their portal. The provided washing machine was broken for 4 months. When looking to move out, they didn't answer the phone for 2 weeks, or emails for 3 weeks, claiming they went to spam. The landlord then left moss properties for another management company as he was experiencing similar issues.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
