To Find A Property To Rent Through Mr. Jatin Shah

I approached Mr. Jatin Shah at Martyn Gerrard Mill Hill branch to find a property to rent. As always, I have been shown properties that are quality, best location and fair value, At Mill Hill branch was my first approach, and was to find a pleasant and very helping staff of Martyn Gerrard, of one is Mr Shah whom i greatly recommend if one need to look for a property to rent, he was atmost professional, and doing business with him was an experience. I strongly recommend this branch if one should need to rent, buy, or even sell a property.

A very professional, friendly and polite office.

Only comment I would make is the fact that Martyn Gerrard take the full year's rental-fee in one big lump right at the start of the tenancy. The amount the landlord must find is always more than the first month's rent and I feel the Agent would be more competitive if they offered a break in the amount payable over a longer time. For example in 6 monthly intervals.

Excellent and professional service with local knowledge

I have used Martyn Gerrard in East Finchley to let my property twice now. Each time they have done this efficiently and professionally, with no void period, achieving a great rent - and all done with a lot of charm! The letting staff have always been on hand to answer my queries - via email, phone and when I have popped into the office. I have really valued this as a new landlord. The fee they charge may be high in comparison to other letting agents but I think you get what you pay for in this instance. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to other landlords.

Very Professional

I'm very happy with the service I received from Susan, Ricky and the team at Martyn Gerrard High Barnet.. Property photos and written details were well done and put online quickly. There were a good number of viewings and and all seemed to me to be potentially serious buyers (nice to have the 'time wasters' weeded out at enquiry stage). I accepted an offer on my property within a week of it being put on the market. Everything went very smoothly.

Flawless service & advice

My partner and I had been looking for our first flat together for a few weeks before we found Martyn Gerrard. I was immediately impressed with their excellent customer service and willingness to help. As we didn't know the area (East Finchley), the staff gave us a great outline on what prices to expect and made us feel very comfortable in their hands. In particular, Ryan Rainford (Lettings Negotiator) went out of his way to help us find a great property. He (and all the staff) were so helpful and friendly, and as a bonus, their fees are a lot less than all the estate agents we went to. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.
