Fast and efficient

We came into Martin Gerrard Estate agency after have seen 19 other estate agency without find any house. Chris offered to visit only one house, but it was the good one. He had well understood what we were looking for.

sales and rental

We have used Martyn Gerrard for both sales and rental of our property in East Finchley. Chris and Ercan's professionalism and excellent local knowledge gave us peace of mind and made the process stress free. We were very impressed with them - after having used other agents and basically having our time wasted - we finally got some honesty and realistic views which greatly enhanced our whole renting/selling experience

Help with a problem tenant is very much appreciated

I am very grateful for a quick and professional resolving of a problem with my tenant who was consistently late with rent pay, changed his mobile number and avoided any contact to discuss the situation. While I was fearing the worst - serving notices on the tenant, court proceedings for obtaining a possession order, bailiffs, etc., Area Letting Manager from Martyn Gerrard East Finchley managed to sort it out for me by meeting my tenant in person. New mobile number was noted, the situation explained in detail, hopefully there would be no more delays. A huge thank you for your professional approach! I am managing the property myself and still all the help was provided by my agent in whom I have full trust. Well done!

Excellent negotiating and easy process

We have been house hunting for 9 months and always found Dario to be very helpful. When we found 83 Huntingdon Road he was very straightforward, helped negotiate Â£50,000 off the price of the property and then another Â£5,000 later in the process. After having had 6 houses fall through with other estate agents it was extremely refreshing to have Dario negotiate our house purchase - the entire process was transparent and he has always been brilliant to work with. .

Ercan Aziz and Martyn Gerrard East Finchley

Ercan has been a go to agent for me since the start of my property search, which took in total a year. He was brilliant at not only answering my criteria but showing me properties that he thought might be suitable, whilst not necessarily within the range I'd specified. Thanks to his wisdom in this regard I ended up buying the perfect property, one I'd probably not have looked at myself had I only seen it online. Ercan is efficient and great to deal with - it was such a smooth purchase and all queries answered quickly. I can't recommend him highly enough - if you want to be looked after in your search, Ercan and Martyn Gerrard are the agency to go to.
