Excellent communication

We chose to go with Martyn Gerrard as they are the market leaders in our area and we had previously had good experiences with them as buyers. I was very pleased with our experience of them as sellers. They explained clearly what the process was and kept us informed throughout about visits and were sensitive about minimising disruptions. I would have liked to get a little more feedback from each visit automatically, but when asked they were always forthcoming and helpful. We appreciated the opportunity to meet after ~4 weeks for an overall review of the process. My only criticism is that I think they may have slightly over-valued the property, as all the offers we received were under this. However clearly it is an inexact science.

Ryan was a great help at finding a property for myself and my two room mates. He actually listened to what we wanted and was honest about properties he thought wouldn't work for us or did work for us. I have been in contact with other agents whom I've given particular descriptions of what I was looking for. However they still sent properties that weren't within our description. Ryan suggested the place we are living in now, it was a quick move in which is what we needed and he helped make that happen.

Good Service

I have used this branch of Martyn Gerrard for some years and always been very satisfied with their efficiency. Last year I found this to be otherwise but decided to return a year later and give them a second chance. Marc Brahams proved to be a very able, conscientious employee. I found his approach very thorough and he was extremely efficient in finding me new tenants. He was only let down by some fault with electronic form filling but persisted to find a way around the difficulties I was experiencing. He restored my faith in the branch which had been severely damaged previously.

A thorough and efficient service

Martyn Gerrard were comprehensively the better agent amongst others in North Finchley with an efficient and polite service from the directors downwards. Excellent work ethic and follow up so would happily recommend to others.

Letting Agent's Diligence

Since Marc Brahams has taken on the letting of our property in Finchley, he has shown a real desire to facilitate the finding of a suitable tenant! At all times, he has kept us informed of the progress that has been made, and his positive feedback has been invaluable. A tough sale

This was a long slow sale, and after a slightly faltering start, which was quickly remedied, the Martin Gerrard team worked hard, efficiently, patiently and persistently, over a 7 month period to achieve a good result, and, importantly, provided me with wise and robust advice along the way at key moments. I am very grateful to them and would certainly recommend them.
