Firstly they didn't carry out an EPC on my property which is legally required within 14 days of a property being listed online. Second mistake they overvalued the property by up to £50k all properties around us listed with different agents on a like for like basis sold. Their telephone manner leaves a lot to be desired- if you want to have your name shouted at you instead of hello when you answer the phone - then use them! We had 17 viewings and received very little/cop out feedback. They didn't vet the potential buyers properly so it was all a complete waste of time with comments like - its too small/I want to do an extension (we've already done that so it's not possible) On a couple of occasions we were asked to carry out our own viewings as noone was available and viewings at awkward times for us- which we declined as we have a young family. I can't say they aren't lovely friendly people but I found them to be appalling estate agents. Their fee structure is set so they receive the same money regardless which isn't an incentive for them.

I will not be looking for a rental with YourMove again. I have had to give my notice in for my property where I live in order to get a landlord reference. The landlord backed out last minute, the second property, I had to call numerous times in order to find out the property might not even be on the market any longer. My property has now been taken by another future tenant. I had a viewing today and have dragged my sister all the way from West London who has cancer to view it with me. Once I have arrived at the property I was told that the landlord no longer wants it on the market and the price has been increased. You have really messed me about and put me in a situation where I may be potentially homeless. I will definitely not recommend YourMove to anyone as you have put me in a vulnerable situation, only to benefit you. They will tell you they will ‘call you right back’ and will never call you back. No matter how many times you call an agent, their colleagues will cover for them and say they’re not in the office for the day and not long after they will answer the phone themselves. They will never respond to your emails either. Don’t waste your time, effort and money with this agency. Would love to give 0 stars.

My wife requested a video viewing during COVID which every other agent is offering to minimilse viewings and be more selective as we would rather not visit 10 properties a weekend given the situation. Robert refused to provide video tours and has since not replied. All other agents have videos and 360 tours. This company are unhelpful and behind with the times. We will not consider to sell our property through them either based on this inital expericence.
