They took my money for 1 night on 2nd August, nevertheless they let the same accomodation to other customers and left us in the street. Can't wait to be refunded.

Doesn't get things done and doesn't care who they get for tenants. No consideration for other people around ther properties

Staff cannot comunicate properly. I rent a property with Harris and Co, and have lived here since November 2022. I have a 2 year old son and a newborn, and despite multiple reports of problems with my boiler, I am now left without heating. There always seems to be issues with the engineers that come to look at the issue. With one not even having knowledge of a new part being ordered. I pay almost £700 rent on the property. Have never once payed it late. I'm a great Tenant. I have now been without hot water or heating for a week. With a newborn baby and another child under three. Every time I try and complain, I am told it's not their fault. Furious.

Hi Chloe, We have done everything with could in this matter, i can totally understand your frustration. We have offered you heaters in the situation and have also spoken to the plumber multiple times on your behalf. Unfortunately, the part hasn't arrived at the merchants, which was ordered on the day the plumber turned up at the property. As you are aware, these things are out of our control. We always endeavour to get essential jobs resolved as soon as possible, particularly someone in your circumstances, but as said previously, we are in the hands of the supplier. The most awful waste of time and money listening to the lies of the estate agent Joe. I had an offer accpeted on a property advertised and confirmed as 3 self contained flats with an EPC rating of D, fully occupied. After spending nearly £1k for a survey I found out there were 2 self contained flats with a bedsit corridor share in the middle, the EPC rating was E and F (unlettable) and the ground floor flat was unoccupied. This property had been on the market for more than 6 months.. there was no way that the agent didn't know this. After emailing these problems I received no reply and the property was put back on the market with the same lies advertised. Disgraceful. Should be taken to the Ombudsmen but can't be bothered to waste my time...

NO COMMUNICATION I can't believe I'm having to write another bad review about Harris and Co. We have been sat waiting for our landlord to inspect our house. The time given was 9-11. The landlord had not arrived by 11-45 so my husband phoned to see how long they would be. A member of staff informed my husband that he had left the office and was on the way. Landlord had still not arrived by 1pm. So, because we had other things to do apart from sitting waiting for the landlord my husband phoned again. Only to be told that their was an emergency and the landlord could not do the inspection. I know emergencies happen, but why couldn't the landlord or Harris and Co had the decency to phone us and let us know what was happening. We are fed up of the bad service from Harris and Co. I have told you before and I'll tell you again. YOU NEED TO KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS INFORMED OF WHAT IS HAPPENING. I would give this company zero stars if I could.NegativeResponsiveness

Hi Jay Jay, As you now have reviewed us on multi sources and even edited original post. Are you going to contact the office? As we have looked for a 'Jay Jay' on our system but cannot find anything. So clear don't want your real name used. Also, on other platforms you have said you don't want to live in 'Fishy Fleetwood' So we are slightly baffled as to why you would want to view a property in Fleetwood if this is the case.
