Don’t bother using this estate agents unless you have time to waste chasing them for updates and information, waiting for return phone calls for days on end if at all and putting a For Sale sign that couldn’t be see from the road unless you was directly in front of the property. The fact that they listed a three bedroom true bungalow as a five bedroom house with an upstairs bathroom & that the property’s USP was the large garage they didn’t bother adding to the description explains the level of competency that you will face. Their only prompt action was the cashing the bill. Would I recommend them? NONegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Hi Christine, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review however we feel that a 1-star rating is unfair. During Covid-19 a lot has changed in the industry, including times to complete and exchange. As much as we would like to be in control of everything, that is an unrealistic expectation. This relay of information can be down to the solicitors who we regularly chase and when we have this information, we relay this back to our clients as soon as possible. As you know, there is more than just ourselves involved in the purchase of a house. We tried to get in touch with the lead on your transaction many times, but we had no luck. We spoke to Michael Almond (Lead Vendor) and when we couldn’t get through, we spoke to yourself on at least 14 different occasions. We spoke to your other sister regarding the sale. So, as you can imagine, we find the statement you made regarding our communication incredibly unfair. In regard to sale signs, we use an external company as most agents do, they put the boards up based on safety and visibility. If you felt this wasn’t acceptable, we would have come out and had a look as we always want to ensure our external companies that we work with are working to our standards. Regarding, the misdescription of your property this was our mistake, and we hold our hands up, However, this was corrected before if not as soon as this went live. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, people are working from home and communication on our part may have been misread, for this we do apologise. Lastly, in regards to the chasing of the bill. We wouldn’t chase you for payment as solicitors pay this from the sale. However, the sale completed and exchanged on 22nd January 2021 and we didn’t receive payment for another week. I hope I have addressed your concerns here However, if you would like to talk further regarding this you are more than welcome to pop down to the office anytime. Kind regards, James

WORST ESTATE AGENTS EVER. Took nearly all of my deposit for fixing things that we told them about for over 9 years plus the house was full of damp and had to use damp traps to soak it up. Also windows would be covered in condensation because the seals had all perished. They want the rent money all the time on time but refuse to try and sort out problems raised by tenants.

Without doubt one of the worst customer service experience that I have ever had. After nearly three weeks still no "for sale" sign put up,wrong description on website advert....the problems go on and on. .....avoid like the plague

Not very helpful at all, every time my husband rang they would say, will get someone to ring you back but never did. Took 5 weeks of pestering them to be told no. Would Not recommend.

Hi Karen, Thank you for this. However as we spoke to your husband most of the time we let him know the situation. Firstly we were awaiting a reference from your currently landlord. This as you know took a while. After this due to a few thing we then had to do checks on these. Still awaiting for the phone call back after leaving several messages for the landlord. However despite all of this, we put your application forward to the landlord in which it took a while to get a reply as they are oversees and different time zone which we explained to you several times Unfortunately we cannot make decision and we cannot move forward until we have had approval. Terrible esate agents avoid avoid avoid! Very judgemental and like to tell you how to live, staff are rude and obnoxious

Terrible estate agents let me and my 2 small children live in a house full of mould. Out house door came off where my washing machine and dryer us kept they wouldn't fix which ended them both being robbed. And now they are saying I owe them rent when I don't and now won't give my bond back. Would not recommend at all and staff are awful
